The ewwwio_images table is only used when optimizing images, not when viewing them…
Original images are not retained either, they are overwritten after successful optimization.
Could you please describe what exactly is happening, and give step by step instructions for reproducing the issue?
Additionally, please turn on the debugging option, and then post the debugging information from the settings page via pastebin.com
Thanks for your response. I am writing the steps here
1) I have uploaded an image(jpeg) of size 6 MB. I am using “WP Frontend user” to submit a post.
2) Going back to post page
3) The featured image and thumbnails are being shown properly without any delay. The images are displayed as as thumbnail attachments. On clicking the attachments the images will be opened in a lightbox. I am using “Responsive Lightbox” plugin.
4) While I am clicking the same image thumbnail, it’s taking significant time to load the image. I am not sure but apparently seems it is downloading entire 6 MB
As suggested please find the pastebin paste

From dynamic image debugging a can see a warning –
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in XXX/wp-content/plugins/ewww-image-optimizer/common.php on line 3923
Not sure if this is normal so thought of letting you know.

Soumya
Can you give me a link to your example post please?
I have switched to jetpack jcarousel and I am not facing the issue any more. So, I do not think it’s an issue with EWWW.
Appreciate your support on this.

Soumya
