    First of all, great plugin!

Unfortunately I’m having issues with the ideal minimum dimensions of the images that need to be uploaded… Within the plugin, it says “The full-size images should have a resolution of 2400×19998…” In your tutorial, it says 1800×1200. Hopefully I’m reading this all correctly.

The problem I’m having is that I’m unable to export an image with at least 2400×19998 resolution in either Photoshop or Illustrator. And anything even close to that size doesn’t fully process when uploaded to WordPress. I tried uploading an image that’s 4400×1300, but the 1300 is red and there’s a red error for “entry-cropped-fullwidth” under Media Sizes Retina-ized.

Can you confirm what the actual “ideal” minimum size should be for an uploaded image?

    Thank you!

The tutorial is just using examples. For the 19998, it might be in your Media image sizes settings. It’s better to use 0 than huge numbers, that mess-up with the information the plugin gives to you.

The minimum size depends on your media sizes. Do you have the Pro? If yes, show me what you have in the “details” popup. If not, please check all the image sizes registered by your WordPress and theme and tell me what is the biggest resolution of all of them. The retina would double that one and that would be the minimum requirement.
