    Hi!

    Somehow the invoices I generate with the plugin is not OSS compatible, even though I ticked the OSS option in the settings.

    What am I missed out?

    Hi,

    The OSS flag is only applied if all four of the following conditions are met:

    • OSS is enabled in the plugin settings
    • The customer does not have a VAT ID
    • The customer’s billing country is different from the store’s base country set in WooCommerce
    • The customer’s billing address is within the EU

    Please double-check your store settings to ensure the base country is correctly configured. Then review the invoice in question to confirm it meets all of these conditions (i.e., the customer has no VAT ID and is from a different EU country).
