As it is not a WordPress design, You’ll have to look at the HTML markup and translate that to a WordPress theme, that is inserting the correct PHP code.
Then you have to apply the CSS rules ( copy and adapt the Stylesheet )
It can be done, but it’s alot of work.
Then you have to check that you are not violating the authors rights.

i know is a lot of work. i’m using joomla for my sites but you have to be an open minded so i realised that sometimes is better to use other CMS in order to deploy some sites. i use this template to my site – currently under construction – and i want to add a blog so i thought, since is a free template if some one make it for WP. 🙂
try to contact the author and check his/her site, some authors port their templates to WP and or knows anyone who have ported their template into some CMS.
