    Hi, with Google Photos announcing API discontinuation and Flickr requiring the paid PRO account to get an API key, is it possible to use this plugin with self-hosted solutions such as Piwigo? Thanks!

    I see that Piwigo has an API available, so support is theoretically possible. However, this is a slippery slope, since, as an open source platform, its API still seems to be evolving. This means that as a developer I have to stay aware of changes happening on its platform, and that makes supporting its API quite difficult.

    Any time an API changes, there is a huge impact to a developer, and I have faced this several times with Google and Meta in Photonic. So I will need to evaluate this request carefully.
