@ibanerjee Which features did you enabled in WP Optimize? If you happen to enable Minify turn it off and see if it fixes the issue.
It is hard to help with little detail you provided.
We did all this thing and finally uninstall the plugin but not get any result.
If you visited the link I given, in Cabin menu drop down select any bedroom type and there will be a lightbox image gallery, which is working fine before, after using the plugin the lightbox is not working how it was, also a plugin name HBook used for booking, there is a Availability calendar section after a video, also this is not working, please take a look on that given link you will able to understand my issue properly.

if so can you add /#avilblty/* to your URL’s to exclude from caching in the Cache>> Advanced settings tab?
Nothing happen, it is very horrible thing that after using such a plugin my past design and functionality is not working. Could you please available for a calling session? Where we can clearly share with you our issue.

@ibanerjee The URL you posted is neither a cached page nor it has minified js/css. So the issue can’t be result of WP Optimize’s cacheing solution or minify solution. If you already uninstalled WP Optimize, then this issue is not related to WPO
But before using the plugin everything goes fine, but after that Simple light box and HBook plugin are messed up. So what we do now?
Can you ask your hosts for your php error logs?
