Sorry to hear that. That’s absolutely not the norm with our users. I’ll need quite a bit more information though in order to help. Here’s a few things that would help:
1) Please provide a link to your site
2) Disable ALL other plugins besides Give. If it works as expected, then we know there’s a conflict with another plugin on your site. Re-enable each plugin one by one until you see the problem again, then let us know which plugin it is.
3) If you disable all plugins and the problem is STILL there, switch your theme to twentyfifteen. That should resolve the problem for sure and then we know with certainty that it’s related to your theme. Let us know which theme you’re using and we’ll see if we can get a workaround for you.

2. i have removed all plugins and re-installed them and it’s the give plugin that causes the other functions mainly the page builder to malfunction.

Before you send the link, your reply is a little confusing. You didn’t actually confirm that you did the troubleshooting that I suggested. I didn’t ask you to remove and re-install the other plugins, but to “deactivate” them. Then also to switch your theme to see if it’s the theme.
My suggestion is the most methodical way of narrowing down the problem and it’s important we start there. Thanks!
I apologize for not being clear.
i had already done the instructions you had suggested before i asked for assistance.
I deactived all the plugins and one by one reactived and tested the site. the last one to active was the give plugin and the problem reappeared where i cannot use the page builder of the team.
