Other Shortcodes Disabled when Shortcodes Ultimate Disabled

    I am using shortcodes ultimate, primarily for the photo galleries. When I disabled this plugin to isolate which plugin was conflicting with another plugin, I noticed that other shortcodes that I had setup (in this case through Shortcoder) were disabled.

    Are you aware of any reason why this would happen?
