    Good day,

    How to fix why other users that we imported are not receiving welcome email?

    Surely the problem is not in this plugin but in the sending of emails (do you have a plugin connected to an SMTP server? Do you have a log of emails to see if they are being sent but not arriving?)

    To other recipients, they can receive the email. Anyways, how to know if I have a plugin that are connected to an SMTP server? Also, where can I see the log of emails from the plugin? Is it need to have SMTP server plugin for us to have no restriction in sending emails and can be send to all?

    No, all this is not part of this plugin. All these issues are related with WordPress core.

    You should install plugins to do it. You can find it in the repository.

    This plugin does not send any email, this plugin asks WordPress to send emails.

    You should not contact WordPress support. You have to check why your emails are not being sent and this is a problem with your site.

    Try to install a mail log plugin first to check if emails are being sent or not: https://es.ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-mail-logging/ for example.

    With this info you can advance in your problem.
