It’s possible that a recent plugin update or conflict is causing the OTP to fail.
Please try deactivating all other plugins except Customer Email Verification for WooCommerce and WooCommerce, then test the OTP again.
Also, the page you mentioned — /login-authentication/ — is not part of the Free version of the plugin. Could you confirm if you’re using the PRO version or the Free version?

There were updates yesterday, but I was able to login after they installed. It’s even worse after deactivating all other plugins: I don’t receive the OTP email, and when I click on Try again, I get the error below.
I’m using the PRO version, and not using the popup.
