Ouch – broke login.php

    After hiding a two menu items on the dashboard from all but Administrator, I started getting a “418 – Unused” page whenever I tried to login (wp-login.php). I used the Admin tool to reset all menus, to no avail. I noted that wp-login.php had NOT been edited, so don’t think that was an issue.

    The final fix? Tear-down and destroy everything and start from scratch. Fortunately I had an XML backup of the whole site.

    I’m sure I stumbled on some stupid “this can’t happen” thing, but at the end of the day, my site was completely useless. Ugh.
