Oulipo Theme.

Im using Oulipo Theme for my website (http://www.weareseekers.com/). Right now the Theme loads all my blog post. Trying to figure it out how would I limit this theme to display the first 3 post and to display the navigation ‘older entries’ and ‘newer entries’.
