our server can’t download wordpress

    Hello,
    our server with Ip address 104.237.237.2 can’t download wordpress and other plugins so that our wordpress sites can’t be updated
    Please help me fix this issue

    What is your website url, i can check if they are blacklisted IPs

    Please install https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/health-check/ and see if it says it can/can’t reach ww.wp.xz.cn and what message it gives.

    according to the terminal logs it is pretty obvious that there is a block on wordpress
    I need ww.wp.xz.cn server or network administrator to unblock our ips

    Even we are not able to access ww.wp.xz.cn using IP blocks
    173.214.176.0/20 and 147.185.114.0.23

    Not even able to install wordpress on site.

    WordPress error

    We see the above mentioned error in Health plugin page

    Communication with ww.wp.xz.cn Unable to reach ww.wp.xz.cn at 66.155.40.250: cURL error 7: Failed to connect to ww.wp.xz.cn port 443: Connection timed out
