Our users can't login

    Do you still have the issue? It happens to all your users to just a few? Do you have access you your server console or similar to run some tests?

    It happens only on the website, on mobile is ok. I disabled the plugin, but it was very useful for us while it worked. I can run some tests or give you access to my wp. You have by far the best plugin out there.

    Hi guys, is there any update on this? I’ve just installed the plugin; the login procedure works but the registration procedure returns this error.

    Hi Stratos that error means the user didn’t give enough permissions to the app or choose to hide their email which is needed for a complete registration.
    At least that’s the only way I can reproduce the error on my end.
