Out of memory errors with WooCommerce

    I recently upgraded to 4.4.2 and the Woocommerce extension 1.4.4

    I am now constantly getting OOM errors (>300MB) when using WP Admin to edit any Product

    AH01071: Got error ‘PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 301989888 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 268435464 bytes) in …./plugins/wp-security-audit-log/classes/Sensors/Database.php on line 85’, referer: https://…./wp-admin/post.php?post=….&action=edit

    Can you please look into this as it’s affecting a production site.

    Thank you for using our plugin and sorry for the late reply. Below are a few questions so we can start troubleshooting this:

    1) Can you confirm if any of the events with IDs 5010 up to 5024 are enabled or disabled?

    2) The error message you posted is incomplete. There should be more info with the logs. Can you share them all? If they include sensitive data please send them over email at [email protected] and make reference to this thread.

    3) Do you know if it is something specific that is triggering this error?

    4) What version of WordPress and PHP are you running please?

    All disabled.

    That is the full error. The rest is information from the web server such as IP address, date and time which you do not need.

    3) Do you know if it is something specific that is triggering this error?

    As per the log entry it is occuring on a post edit, specifically editing a WooCommerce Product.

    4) What version of WordPress and PHP are you running please?

    5.9.3 (WC 6.5.1) and PHP 7.4.

    Can you please send us the System Information file from the Sysinfo tab in the Help & Contact Us section in the plugin?

    This file contains information about your setup, and that will help us better understand what you have running and not etc. Considering the information such file contains please send it to us via email at [email protected] and make reference to this ticket in the email.
