    Hello,

First of all, I would like to thank you for the plugin and for the support service in general. We have purchased support for other plugins as well, and it has always been very helpful.

In this case, I am contacting you regarding one of our clients who is using the grouped products plugin.

    Here is the situation:

Inside a grouped product, there are some items that are currently out of stock. In the plugin settings, we have configured it to allow purchasing even if some items within the grouped product are out of stock. As a result, the system allows the grouped product to be added to the cart and the checkout process can be completed without any issues.

However, when the order is generated, the out of stock items are not included in the order details, and they are also not sent to our external management system.

What we need is for those items to be included in the order even if they are out of stock, since they are part of the grouped product.

Is there any way to configure this behavior or force the system to include out of stock items in the order?

Thank you very much in advance.

    Hi @audazstudio ,

If you meant the “Exclude unpurchasable” option was enabled, this would make bundle purchasable by ignoring out of stock and unpurchasable subitems in the list. That’s why they were not included. It is supposed to work that way. If this option is disabled, the stock of the main bundle will be zero immediately when any of the subitem goes out of stock. This is the stock management mechanism of our plugin.

Unfortunately, there is no workaround for your case. The only possible way for out of stock items to be included in the order is to have the backorder allowed for those. Then they will be considered purchasable upon backorders.

    Best regards.
