Outbound HTTPS not working

Hello,

I’m installing Jetpack and I cannot start the setup process because I’m getting this error:

“Outbound HTTPS not working
cURL error 28: Failed to connect to jetpack.wordpress.com port 443: Connection timed out”

I contacted my hosting provider and they said that Jetpack needs to lift the block on the connections from 46.249.204.93.

I’ve disabled all plugins and tried. I’m sure that the issue is not being caused by plugins or SSL certificates.
