Outbound link issue

Hello,

I’ve just upgraded to the latest 4.1.4. A good thing is that outbound link is restored on one of my old website. However, on my another newer website, I don’t know it still doesn’t work. I tried to click the outbound links on each website myself to verify, and my older website shows the outbound link in Real Time report, while my newer website doesn’t show the outbound link.

I checked the page source, and the code are as follow, not sure if it makes any difference:

– Old website, it has Google Analytic code for outbound link too:
