    Hi there,

I have a couple sites that have been sending this notification for a few weeks now:

    Plugin: WPvivid Backup Plugin
    Your version: 0.9.113
    New version: 0.9.117

The thing is that I updated the plugin a long time ago – and the newest version is actually 0.9.118 (as of 1 week ago).

So it seems like the notification is stuck somehow.

Any ideas how to fix this?

    Thanks!

Could you try to deactivate NinjaFirewal from the “Plugins” page, and then reactivate it.

I tried deactivating NF as well as toggling on/off the security notifications. Still stuck somehow.

    I can’t reproduce the issue.
If you go to the WordPress “Plugins” page, do you see the NinjaFirewall red notice below the WPvivid Backup plugin, similarly to this one:

I think I finally figured it out.

I have a failover server, and for some reason these two sites weren’t syncing properly. So I was getting the notifications from the failover install – even though it appeared to be coming from the live site.

    Sorry for the inconvenience!
