Outlook calendar sync

Outlook two-way sync isn’t working right. If an appointment is made on the site it shows right up automatically on my outlook calendar but, If I add an appointment to my outlook calendar it won’t show up on the bookly calendar unless I log in and click the “sync outlook calendar” button. So the sync is working but it only automatically syncing one-way. I have verified it is set to “2-way sync” and disconnected and reconnected my outlook calendar. I do get an error message in bookly when reconnecting to the outlook calendar that says “Outlook Calendar: InvalidRequest: Subscription validation request failed. Notification endpoint must respond with 200 OK to validation request.”
