Output format issue
-
Hello
managed to connect and start using the plugin. I have an issue when creating the labels though, as the label PDF is too tiny. When using the bulk option, I have the possibility of selecting “Harmonized labels” and the preview shows the desired format, however the plugin then complains that “CN22 customs declarations are unavailable when using the DP Shop”, which is strange because it’s a EU shipment anyway, so it shouldn’t be expecting a customs declaration.
Can you give a hand?

Hello @altercat
thank you for your message and for using our plugin.
In our current version of the plugin we have this limitation of the DP Shop you are speaking of. We plan to remove this in one of our future updates.
As for the page format: Do you mean the harmonized label size or the domestic label? Because domestic labels are generated by a different API than the harmonized labels.
So you can’t generate CN22 custom forms as part of a harmonized label with this plugin?
About the page format, it’s regarding Warenpost International. When generating the labels through the regular Deutsche Post / Warenpost website, it looks as expected (A6 size approx). With your plugin, I get a tiny label that has nothing to do with what I’m used to

You can, but only from within an order. When you open a WooCommerce order in the Dashboard, you will see the “Internetmarke” Box. From there you can create CN22 Harmonized Labels.

Could you send us an example to [email protected]? Also make sure that you have configured the proper page format inside the plugin settings.
I’ll send you a detailed description + images to your email address this evening.
The page format settings are limited (is it possible to add a custom one?), the format I use is not there, but I get the wrong output even when selecting the closest similar size or A4 which works great when ordering over the web.Hello @altercat
have you sent this email? I can’t seem to find anything related in our inbox any longer.
Hello Drazen, thanks for the follow-up
yes, I’d need to look for it well, but I’ve seen you’ve just released a major update of the plugin. Haven’t used the plugin in a few weeks.
I’ve just updated to the latest version to give it a try, but it’s broken my site with the following error:
“Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class ‘DeutschePost\Internetmarke\Services\LabelService’ not found in /home/ru1g6bg5/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woo-dp-internetmarke/includes/Internetmarke.php:134 Stack trace: #0 /home/ru1g6bg5/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(287): DeutschePost\Internetmarke\Internetmarke->init(”) #1 /home/ru1g6bg5/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(311): WP_Hook->apply_filters(NULL, Array) #2 /home/ru1g6bg5/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php(484): WP_Hook->do_action(Array) #3 /home/ru1g6bg5/public_html/wp-settings.php(557): do_action(‘init’) #4 /home/ru1g6bg5/public_html/wp-config.php(100): require_once(‘/home/ru1g6bg5/…’) #5 /home/ru1g6bg5/public_html/wp-load.php(37): require_once(‘/home/ru1g6bg5/…’) #6 /home/ru1g6bg5/public_html/wp-admin/admin.php(34): require_once(‘/home/ru1g6bg5/…’) #7 /home/ru1g6bg5/public_html/wp-admin/index.php(10): require_once(‘/home/ru1g6bg5/…’) #8 {main} thrown in /home/ru1g6bg5/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woo-dp-internetmarke/includes/Internetmarke.php on line 134″
I’ve disabled it for the time being. What is causing the issue?
Hello @altercat
Seems like some plugin files are missing. Could you try completely removing the plugin and installing it anew?
Will try this — will this keep my settings? I’d like to back them up ideally
No worries, settings are stored in the database. Unless you clean that part up as well, nothing should be missing.
Found the problem, rename the
woo-dp-internetmarke\includes\servicesfolder towoo-dp-internetmarke\includes\Services(capital S in Services). That should do the trick. Thanks I’ll get my hands on it later today and get back to you
Yes that was the issue. I don’t have any orders at the moment to test the new version, I’ll get to it as soon as I can and report back to you.
One issue that immediately caught my attention on this new version is that when creating shipping labels in bulk from the Orders list, the “Shipping product” list is not in Alphabetical order. That’s a mess… very confusing when trying to find the one you want (I only use Warenpost International Tracked and untracked, that’s 8 options altogether, unsorted in a list of 20+ items).
Thanks
Hello @altercat
That list can be searched by typing the label name. However you are correct that it would be easier to search from an alphabetically sorted list, I’ll add it as a task in our backlog, shouldn’t be too difficult.
Thank you for your feedback!
That’s true, you can search, but even then they don’t come in their logical order. Having second thoughts, sorting them alphabetically is maybe not the best way either, but rather a “logical” order. Grouping them by service and then from small to large would be best probably.
Warenpost International XS
Warenpost International S
Warenpost International M
Warenpost International LWarenpost International Tracked XS
Warenpost International Tracked S
Warenpost International Tracked M
Warenpost International Tracked Land so on
Hope this helps! Regards
This is also what I was thinking, we’ll probably organize the labels into groups like you’ve suggested.
