Output issue on conditional field

    Hi

    When the user clicks on country and chooses “other”, there is a textfield that appears to put the name of the country (conditional text field). But somehow there are some html comment tags before and after.

    /* Your country*

    /*]]>*/

    How can i get them removed? without having to change theme or the code inside the plugin. (i can’t change the code everytime theres an update)

    Hi Isabelle, thanks for using Caldera Forms. Generally speaking, when seeing random character issues like this, it tends to be a characters problem with the host. Does this issue persist on a local development environment? We like DesktopServer for testing these types of issues.
