We cannot duplicate the issue. Need more info from you. Can you send a screenshot of where you pasted the shortcode?

Thanks. We found the theme name from your site, installed and tested as per your screenshot. Still all looks good here.

Can you try deleting the plugin and installing it again? Let us know if that has any impact.
