Outstanding plugin and support

It’s wonderful when you encounter a developer who really care about making sure their product work for you. I downloaded this plugin and also bought his addon “Import attributes”. The base plugin worked out of the box but the addon created some issues for me. After trying whatever I could I gave up and sent an email to allaerd. It didn’t take 20 mins before answer and after a few quick email responses it turned out I hadn’t managed to sort out the CSV correctly. After that everything was just a couple of clicks and it was imported!
In my book that’s outstanding support and I recommend his plugin(s) for everyone!
