Outstanding Support!

I worked with Torre on integrating the PW CooCommerce Gift Card free version into my client’s website. For some reason, an outdated theme document was preventing the plugin from working. I contacted them here and went back and forth a few times before Torre and I switched to personal emails to share my theme’s documents/information. WOW! WHAT AMAZING I.T. SUPPORT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! Every time I emailed Torre, he responded back in a timely, professional and helpful manner. Even though the issue was with my theme, and not their plugin, he helped me work around the code on my website to get it functioning! I was totally expecting to be told “not my problem” but nope! I am so thrilled at the personal attention and personalized help that their support team provided. I will certainly consider any other PW plugins in the future if this is how all of their support is. 10/10! 5 STARS! 100%! THANK YOU!
