    Fast and efficient. My support ticket was addressed in minutes. As a noobie WordPress user, I had trouble updating a plugin. Andrew went in and not only quickly fixed the problem for me, he also took the time to explain what he did, which I really appreciate.
    This is the second time I have used Cart66 support. Our previous request to customize the cart was addressed just as quickly and just as well. They really take good care of their users.
