Outstanding support!

I have been using the free version for several months for a small social group website. Probably by error on my part, a custom line was added below the title block in the user submit post. Since it was not fully defined, all post submittals were getting error messages. I emailed Jeff and he immediately responded and helped me solve the issue. Never had such good customer services from anyone, paid or unpaid. Thanks, a great plug-in. Recommended it to anyone.
