Outstanding support

Duplicator is such an easy way to manage backups of my local camera club website. Recently, I hit a crunch with my ISP having changed their database system. This led to problems when I tried to launch a copy of the site on my laptop as I had done before. I raised a ticket with duplicator and the team worked hard over several days to get me a functional copy. Very impressive!
