Outstanding Support

Have worked with probably 100+ support teams and didn’t expect much response for a WordPress plugin where we just use the free version. Shot off a support email, ready to never hear back and try to solve it myself next week. Heard back quickly, with a response that exactly answered my question (and actually met my expressed need which often doesn’t happen with a free version) and included a screen recording of how to do what I needed. Truly, stellar support experience and really like the product as well.
