• I read here that some users are not happy with their customer support received. However, mine is totally opposite. I had a response in a couple of hours, requesting some clarification on my issue. Once provided, my issue was resolved quickly. In less than a day my questions were answered and example provided on how to make my request work. GREAT JOB!!

    Would like to see other companies do at least half as good as these guys did. I am very tired of the users doing the beta testing for companies, then not responding promptly with resolutions.
