Over Allotted CPU (Mins) Usage For Server

This forum has been great help in maximizing the performance of my blog.

However, I still have not been able to lower the CPU usage on my private web hosting server.

I am allowed 480 a month and so far this month (May) I have used 505.40.

I found a few threads here that helped, but mostly I do not understand the majority of what it says to do.

Hopefully somebody is willing to help. Thanks.
