Over Charge

    I have been asked for an over charge on my account to Jamie from July 05, 2019 but I can not get any reply or contact!! My customer ID is 1280384. I cancel my auto-renew of my account on June 20, 2019 but I still get charge from my credit card on July 05, 2019! Is anyone have similar issue in this company?
