    Hello all, we had some people at the office set up an account and go through the course to completion, the idea is to make sure that our BMS can pull what it needs from the tables that LMS creates. Even after a “student” has completed the course, and the course says 100% complete, we get a 92% overall completed report on the main page and in the table on the back end. How do we fix this?
    Here are some screen shots of what I mean.

    they are there…they must not be showing up tho…

    @danielnotarianni,

    Reporting information is cached and is automatically regenerated when you view a student’s individual reporting tab. These queries are incredibly expensive and I’m trying to figure out a better way to process them in the background without crippling sites.

    You can clear the cached data (to have it automatically regerenated) by clicking the “Clear Student Progress Cached” button on the LifterLMS Settings -> General page at the bottom of the screen.

    Or, you can view a student directly so it’ll be recalculated for that student.

    Hope that helps,
