You don’t give much information to go by.
What did you upgrade and when?
What did it look like before and after? (what changed?)
Are you aware that the look is controlled by the theme? (so you really should be asking at your theme’s support forum) — unless you are using a page builder plugin, in which case you should ask at the plugin’s support forum.
I’m sorry, webpage maintenance is NOT in my DNA. I volunteer to keep this webpage up to date. 1) After taking 2 hours out of my regular job to research this matter, I did find in a BLOG that version 5.1 was launched on February 21st. I was not notified of any upgrades coming. 2) I don’t have screenshots of what it looked like before, but the header bar changed (it wasn’t even our logo until I bumbling added it without formating), as did the orientation of the page links. 3) As I stated previously, I am new to this process and even the idea of virtual forums (I am old school and would rather pick up the phone to talk to someone). PLEASE provide me guidance, from whomever, to correct this situation. I am requesting a step – by – step tutorial on this matter.

All the support here is volunteer and asynchronous (no phones and most people have regular jobs also).
WordPress by default will auto-update for minor releases, since these are bug fixes and security issues. That’s 3 digit numbers like 5.0.3. Major releases, like 5.1, are enhancements and are not automatically applied by WordPress, although some hosts will push the update to its users.
Ok, but this forum “theme” doesn’t give me the opportunity to post a topic to get a “person” to walk me through what I need to do!! Only suggestions which don’t do me any good when I don’t know what I am doing or how to implement them….. Please send me to someone who could provide a step by step process for me to follow to make the formatting corrections.

The theme author is the one that would be found at the theme’s support forum. No one can control how any one volunteer answers questions, but probably the author is the only one that will understand what you are talking about.
