overcomplicated coding and poor SEO?

Hi there,

I run three blogs using all the same plugins (specifically all in one SEO and SEO content control for the SEO elements). I have recently found that one of these blogs rates very poorly with search engines in comparison to the other two. I have also noticed that the page encoding seems much more complicated than the other two and doesn’t feature the SEO keywords. I feel that I must have made a mistake installing my SEO systems which is having the above effect. Any advice?
