Overlapping body content

I’ve added a logo (admittedly, quite a large one) to ShiftNav and it’s creating an issue with the content beneath it – I can’t seem to get ShiftNav to push content beneath down so there’s a decent margin between it and the main content. In other words, the logo is overlapping the content beneath.

Here’s the dev site I’ve added ShiftNav to – any ideas how to fix this please?

Also, whilst I have you, is there an easy way to centrally align the logo and hamburger vertically please?
