Overlay opacity issue

Struggling with the Overlay opacity.
Whenever I change it from 0%, the lightbox no longer works.
Resetting to 0% fixes it.Example here: http://www.2cv.com.au/forums/topic/for-sale-bumpers-citroen-2-cv/
