    Hello,

The Advanced Local Pickup for WooCommerce plugin sends its own email when the order is ready to be picked up despite having activated the email template by your plugin. The user only receives the email from the third plugin, would it be possible that the email sent by your plugin takes priority?

  • Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Our plugin can send email made by a 3rd plugin in the form of our “Default Template”, but only when that email is available in the WooCommerce email, as stated in this documentation.

Can you check if the Advanced Local Pickup email is in the WooCommerce Emails list?

    Best regards.

    Hello !

    Thank you for your reply.

So I checked and the email appears in the WooCommerce email list.
There are two emails: Ready for pickup order and Picked up order, and both are enable. But the email sent is the one of the 3rd plugin not the one of your plugin.

Please check if there’s an available “Default Template” in our plugin ETC email template list. One important thing, the “Default Template” must have “Default Content” component in it.

If they’re all there, but the email is still not sent with the correct content, please contact me via this email: [email protected]
    I’ll be checking.

    Thank you.
