Override Sync as Admins

    Hello Chad,

    We have some users who use a certain payment method to signup, but afterwards they disable the payment, and after a few days they return back but with a new payment method.

    So sync in this case won’t work, so we try to manually Activate their account.

    But after some time, the sync deactivates their account again.

    So, my question is, how can I forcefully deactivate sync for certain users?

    Unfortunately, I’m not really sure what you are talking about here. I don’t know what sync you are referring to. I’ll need more information about what is being used in order to attempt an answer.

    Hello Chad,

    Imagine a user subscribing for a monthly paypal payment, when the first month is complete, it automatically charges for the next month and the user’s account is still active.

    Suppose the user stops paying for any reason, now the account is disabled.

    The admin then activates the users account from the plugin admin area, but after some time the user is deactivated again( this is the issue), so we imagine, the plugin is checking if the user is still paying via paypal or not and then deactivates them? ( still listening to paypal instead of admin). We want to be able to override that.

    Sounds like you are using the PayPal extension for the plugin? If that’s the case, support should be handled through https://rocketgeek.com. That extension is a premium plugin not available through ww.wp.xz.cn and support is not handled here for that.
