Could you provide a screenshot or 2. You haven’t provided enough information for me to be able to help.
I wrote here because I read that only PRO users can use the support.
However, I found everything after updating the plugin, the control panel has become slow, disappeared Overview screen and does not send the email, do not put either in queue.

You could also try deactivating and reactivating the plugin.
No not use plugin for caching.
If I try to disable and enable the plugin, I lose settings and subscriptions?You won’t lose anything. It’s stored in the database. You could even delete the plugin and reinstall and not lose anything.
If deactivated the admin panel is fast, but when active plugin all is slow and plugin not work.
I try to reinstall again? I want back to previous version…

Ok, I’ll wait your changes, do not intend to change plugin because it is the best free newsletter plugin that I found.
But you do not keep copies for dowgrade?

I tried everything even uninstall but nothing change.
Only changing is speed of admin panel, now is ok.I have deleted 1 of my list of subscribers and now all is come back, why???

Strange that the list delete fixed it. Was it a big list? also if you are getting a 404 on emails or previews please try this.

No 404 errors only elements disapears like on screenshots, this list have 900k subscribers, other list have 30k or 50k
Thanks for the update. I will run some tests in our environment and see if i can figure out what is going on. With a list that size my guess is something is timing out when making a query to the database.
