Overview – Visitors – Content selection tabs render no data

    Hi,

    Just installed your plugin yesterday. Super code and features. This morning the Overview/Visitors/ and Content tabs show no data. I don’t have any filters selected and all 3 pages have your header and filter menu with January 2013 just below. Nothing else under that. I tried to deactivate the plugin and re-activate and still nothing. Your help is appreciated.

    Hi there,

    a little more information about your environment could help me understand what the problem is:

    – php version
    – have you checked your mysql error log for problems
    – have you moved your wp-config.php somewhere else
    – wordpress version
    – are you using any caching plugins?
    – could you post a screenshot describing your issue?

    Thank you.

    PHP version 5.3.14 – No errors in logfile

    I have not moved the location of any files. I don’t have any caching programs installed. No other plugins installed since SlimStat. It worked fine last night but then this morning the only ‘tab’ that produced data is the ‘Right Now’ tab. All others have no data. The map does work. Any other ideas? New to forum and don’t see how to add my files (screenshots).

    Nevermind. I reinstalled the plugin and all seems to be ok.
