    I checked this:

    If checked, your affiliates will not be able to earn a commission on their own purchases.

    But they are receiving commission on their own purchases. What could be the problem?

    What do you want me to confirm?

    I had two affiliates who ordered with their own discount, same e-mailaddress as the affiliate account and they each received commission.

    That shouldn’t be possible as I have the above checked right?

    @katfrajoe, Do you have the debug option enabled in the affiliates manager plugin? With debug enabled we would be able to see what actually happened. If not please enable it now and make a test purchase after clicking on an affiliate link.
