    Hi,

I’m not very experienced at website building, but in charge of making some adjustments to the company website. It’s built using Oxygen, and adding the widget from there it gives me the error: “No ‘FilterEverythingFilterFilterswidget’ widget registered in this installation.

I can’t find topics on the web with this problem, so I hope someone here can help me out, thanks in advance.

    Kind Regards,

    KJ

    Hi @keesjanvg

Thank you for your interest in Filter Everything. This message is not error, but notification that means that there is no Filters Widget configured for the page, wehre you expected to see it.

In general if this page is single page (not archive page) it seems you have to use PRO version of the plugin as the Free version does not support filtering on single, non-archive pages.

    Hey @stepasyuk

Thanks for the quick reply! However I switched the template to archive and still it gives the same message when trying to add the widget. Maybe the integration with oxygen is the problem? Is there a way to manually register the widget so that it will be recognized?

@keesjanvg it does not depend from template, but from nature of the page (singular or archive). If it is native WordPress archive page and you selected correct Post type in the Filter Set (that matches to the archive page) it should work and you have to see the Filters widget.

If it is singular WordPress page it will not work in the Free version anyway.

    Hi,
I tried the on Oxygen myself and have the same error message. Selected the correct post type (product), that matched the archive page and the same error message as above.
Can you please indicate a solution?

Hi @gabisora it seems you also tried to filter Custom WP_Query which is not available in Free version of the plugin. Logic is that if you use page builder, which is paid professional tool, you have to use professional filtering tool also.

Make sense what you said. I don’t have a problem to pay for subscription but, I just want to see what I have to buy, before if is possible.
There are a lot of plugins that makes a lot of promises.
