P2 1.1.5 Sidebar Widgets

With the latest update, I now have 3 registered sidebar widget area things, but only one of them is active. In the Widget Editor there’s a Sidebar1, Top Sidebar, and Bottom Sidebar. There’s an extra one of these that I think needs to come out:

register_sidebar ();

And then the other sidebars need to be annotated somewhere in the theme. I think. Any hope of getting this updated, or at least explained?
