p75GetThumbnail problem

hello i installed the plugin simple-post-thumbnails.1.5, i upload the picture but it doesnt show on the page.
i guess i must put that line p75GetOriginalImage(int $post_id)
but i dont know where. can somebody tell me exaclty where to put that line in index.php ?
