It happens when a PA-API request encounters a problem. To check the error, go to Dashboard -> Auto Amazon Links -> Reports -> Error Log.
You want to test your PA-API keys on ScratchPad to see if your requests go through.

429 Too Many Requests ; TooManyRequests: The request was denied due to request throttling. Please verify the number of requests made per second to the Amazon Product Advertising API.
That “too many requests” error usually occurs when you don’t have an actual referral in the last 30 days. Try testing your keys on ScratchPad linked in the initial reply and see if your requests go through.
Regarding the proxy error, you can turn off the option via Dashboard -> Auto Amazon Links -> Tools -> HTTP Proxies.
