Packaging Cost

    Hi there, thanks for the plugin, it’s saved me a lot of trouble.

    I was wondering if there is anyway to add a packaging cost to to the cost of shipping? I would like to add an extra $1 to shipping to cover my packaging costs (box, packing beads etc).
