I want to put ads on the contact page, about, and other pages

This is because WordPress does not have such page types.
Very likely those pages are static pages:
https://adinserter.pro/documentation/wordpress-page-types

You can use debugging function Show positions to see also the page type of any page:
https://adinserter.pro/documentation/debugging

Isn’t there an “add page” option under “media”?
And is a statistics page include a homepage?

Not sure what do you mean.
Ad Inserter does not add pages.

There is no statistics page, homepage is a separate page type.
