    Hi,

    I created a page called support and added the shortcode [jssupportticket]. Then I created another page called Add with the shortcode [jssupportticket_addticket], the problem is that none of the pages are recognized.

    The only additional thing I did was create new fields and hide some default fields that are not needed.

    Is there any way to make it work?

    Is there a field that I should not disable?

    I need your help.

    Hi,

    This [jssupportticket] is a dashboard shortcode, so fields does not matter.

    Press F12 and check the any error.

    You can share your site address.

    Check System Errors (Help Desk dashboard and system errors).

    Hi, @ahmadjshd

    This link https://cctur.net.br/suporte/ is the panel, it works without problem. When you click on “Send Ticket” (add-ticket), it shows an existing page, as well as all the links. The error occurs when you click on any link on this page.

    Hi,

    Shortcode on the https://cctur.net.br/suporte/ page is working.

    But links are not working.

    Try this

    Set default page

    Admin > Help Desk > Configurations > Default page: select suporte page

    Hi, @ahmadjshd

    I did exactly this. I created the “Support” page and placed the shortcode in [jssupportticket], inside the widget in Elementor. I configured the default “Support” page in the configuration and still got the same error.

    I use the Astra theme

    Could the error be because I’m editing in Elementor? I have the theme formatting with a main menu, using an image in the background.

    Hi,

    Clear the WordPress cache (if you have cache plugin).

    Try to change the theme (for testing only).

    If still face same problem, please send the

    • your theme name
    • all plugin that are active on your site.
