Page 404

Hello! Everytime I click on a flag (general settings – pages – articles) I have a 404 error. Can you help me?

The requested URL /SITENAME/SITENAME/wp-admin/edit.php was not found on this server.
I suppose there is some error in the config i applied. For some reason, it repeats the SITENAME, instaed then LANG/SITENAME (i.e.: en/sitename/).
Could you prepare configured files and a txt file explaining where to place them?
(in the db SITENAME/SITENAME does not appears).
